Inspect toilets for leaks and wear. The plan includes one flapper and one fill valve replacement per toilet annually.

Lights and safety

Replace light bulbs as needed when bulbs are provided by the homeowner, and test all GFCIs.

GFCI replacement option

Failed GFCIs can be replaced for $50 including material.
