Requested appointment times are subject to approval and to change based on traffic and delays on other jobs. We do our best to be on time however keep in mind the first appointment of the day is the only guaranteed time slot with a 30 minute window. All other time slots are approximately 2 hours beginning at the hour chosen.
By booking you agree you are the home owner or are authorized to have work completed to the property. You also agree to pay our invoice for services rendered.

Monday through Sunday from 7am to 6pm

Rescheduling

Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in forfeited deposit.

Hours and Additional Billing

Billable time begins when our vehicle is shut off at your address and ends when the vehicle turns on to leave.

Daily trip charge & Misc materials is charged per day & per technician.

Once we are at your location, if you fail to answer the door we will wait 15 minutes before considering it a late reschedule. If you wish to later reschedule you will need to pay a new deposit equal to this deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy.

After our one-hour minimum additional labor time is billed in 15-minute increments rounded up to the nearest 15-minute increment.

If you wish for there to be a NTE (Not to exceed) on charges you must communicate it via email to info@yourhandymanatlanta.com 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Late Payments

We provide prompt service and we appreciate prompt payment in return. A late fee of 10% is added to your invoice after 7 days (168hrs) from invoice date/time.

Additional Information

Shoes will be worn in your home for our safety, booties are forbidden by our insurance due to their slippery nature. We will ensure our shoes are clean before entering your home.
