How our work is priced

All of our work is billed on Time & Materials, meaning you pay only for the actual labor and materials required to complete your project. Unlike flat-rate pricing, we don’t inflate estimates to account for problems that might arise.With us you pay only for the work your home or business actually needs and not the “what if” scenarios.

• Labor: $125 per hourOne hour minimum in our primary service area, two hour minimum in our extended service area.
• Trip charge: $50 or $100$50 in our primary service area, $100 in our extended service area. Enter your zip in the form below to see yours.
• Materials: our cost plus an acquisition charge25% on the first $1,000 of materials, 15% on any materials cost beyond that.
