Meet Brendon Ford
Brendon spent his early years in Annapolis, Maryland, developing a passion for working with his hands, from taking apart lawnmowers to wrenching on European cars. His professional journey began at 15, and after years of honing his technical skills, he transitioned from automotive repair to the world of Class A property engineering.
His career took off in Washington D.C., where he eventually served as Director of Engineering for Douglas Development, managing nearly 11 million square feet of space for government tenants like the FBI. Later, as Operations Manager for Lerner, he maintained trophy office space in Tysons Corner, working under the high standards of Mark Lerner, owner of the Washington Nationals.
Moving to Atlanta in 2017 allowed Brendon to turn his passion for detail into a successful business. After building a reputation with over 450 five-star reviews on TaskRabbit, he launched Your Handyman Atlanta to offer high-quality home repairs backed by a team that is paid above-standard rates and truly cares about their work, rather than relying on random subcontractors.
